Riverside smithfield heart meeting

The WTRA annual business meeting on January 12 was held at the Riverside Smithfield Hospital.  The newly completed hospital held its grand opening on January 6 and the WTRA was the first organization to utilize its meeting facilities.  It was a really fun meeting with Ira Swartz, KG4IIF, and Herb Bevan, KF4RYN, presenting a program on the HEART radio system and providing a tour of the related radios and repeater that were installed to support HEART.  Check out the repeater on 147.015 Mhz, plus offset, and sub-tone of 100Hz.
